Behaviour MentorTradewind Recruitment are working closely with a Secondary Alternative Provision school in Blackpool, who are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and dedicated candidate to join the school as a Behaviour Mentor.The successful applicant will assist the development of a school-wide approach to behaviour, in a setting which provides full time education for up to 100 SEMH pupils who are not able to access mainstream education. As part of this Behaviour Mentor role, you will work closely with the Pupil Support Manager to deliver and develop strategies to improve behaviour of SEMH pupils.The school follow an inclusive philosophy and believe passionately in ensuring that all pupils are given the opportunities, skills, knowledge and qualifications to allow them to reintegrate back into mainstream education or on to specialist provision, further education employment or training.The school recognise that their pupils are individuals and that ''one size doesn''t fit all''.
