This is a demanding role, and the candidate will be responsible for driving organizational change in the cyber security space, including all communications and education to all of Kyndryl to drive this change. This candidate will manage multiple senior communications and education focals in the US and globally.This lead role will drive all Organizational change management, policy and education from the CISO. They lead a team of policy writers that are responsible for the cybersecurity policy and standards for Kyndryl, including review of new impacting regulations and coordination with BISOs and stake holders on keeping the controls up to date and supported by procedures. They also lead the team that both changes to and the roll out the annual Cybersecurity Education and ongoing monthly education programs.Responsibilities of this OCM, Policy and Education Manager role include:Collaborate and work with stakeholders for successful delivery of the programs (primary stakeholders include leadership from: within the CISO, CIO Practices, and Cyber Legal and Privacy).Will report into the Governance, Education and Communications Management lead under Kyndryl CISO.keen to drive your own personal and professional development. 5+ years or more years of cyber security experienceThought leader in creative way to drive organizational changeExpertise in data management, communications and education programs Strong knowledge in driving and executing globally divers programsStrong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, laws, and standardsExperience with cybersecurity metrics, dashboards and managing performance effectiveness and improvement.Self-motivated individual, comfortable working without close supervision while able to manage to deadlinesconfident in interaction with senior management (both technology and business)Familiarity with emerging security technologies and trends, such as artificial intelligence/machine learning in security, zero trust architecture, or secure remote access solutionsDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, its how we think and who we are.
