As a Chef for this role, you will be supporting one of the bistros and event prep kitchen. for the bistro it will be 2 days a week covering a one person operation in the kitchen with only a 20 cover capacity at any one point. You will be overseeing the bistro in the Chefs absence on days off or holidays, so need to have experience with orders, FSA Legislation etc.The other 3 days will be in the main event prep kitchen, helping the team of chefs to get ready for the weekly events.
