Our client, a leading manufacturer serving strategic customers across EMEA, is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Scheduler to join their dynamic supply chain team.Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Program Management, and Production, this role ensures accurate scheduling of sales orders, timely communication of lead times, and exceptional customer service delivery. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where precision and responsiveness are key.What you’ll be doing

Assigning promise dates to all EMEA sales orders within 24–48 hoursCoordinating with internal teams to ensure timely shipments and SLA complianceManaging backlog reports and rescheduling orders based on material availabilityCommunicating lead times, delays, and inventory status across the businessSupporting order management processes and reporting for strategic customer accountsLeading scheduling projects and providing cover for the Master Scheduler when requiredWhat you’ll bring

1–3 years’ experience in scheduling, supply chain, or production planningStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, filters) and ERP experience — Oracle knowledge is a major plusA proactive mindset, excellent time management, and a collaborative spiritConfidence working with data, deadlines, and cross-functional teamsA desire to grow professionally and take ownership of key scheduling processesWhy apply?
