We are currently looking for experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a large new build housing site in Brookmans Park. This is a long-term opportunity for reliable and skilled workers.

Groundworker Scope of Initial Works:

• Kerbs

• Edgings

• Breaking Piles

• Drainage

• Site strip

• Excavations

• Foundations

Groundworker Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)

• Relevant experience in groundwork on residential developments

• Own tools and PPE

• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

• Ideally you will have a dumper and roller ticket
