As a Building Safety Surveyor, you ll play a crucial role in demonstrating the safety and compliance of buildings contributing to the health, safety, and welfare of clients and residents. You ll apply your understanding of the Building Safety Act, associated secondary legislation, and Building Regulations to carry out inspections, manage compliance, and resolve issues effectively. Key responsibilities Guide and support clients and internal teams in meeting their obligations under the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) and the Building Safety Act 2022.
