The company specialise in delivering high-quality retrofit projects to decarbonise homes and buildings across the UK, with a focus on improving energy efficiency. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of retrofit projects with a focus on External Wall Insulation (EWI) across residential and public sector properties. The Role As the Retrofit Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the on-site management and successful delivery of EWI and other retrofit works in line with PAS 2035 standards. You will lead on health and safety compliance, contractor coordination, quality assurance, and schedule management, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and within budget and time constraints. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of retrofit sites, with a strong emphasis on External Wall Insulation installation.
