This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a culture based on inclusivity and excellence in a prestigious retail environment.Day-to-day of the role:Take ownership of all maintenance tasks, records, and daily operations within the store.Ensure all works are completed safely and conform to the latest legislative requirements.Build and maintain key relationships internally across the store and with contractors, especially within the Facilities team.Actively identify, prevent, and address any health and safety risks and hazards.Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements including the H.A.S.A.W.A Act, COSHH, EU Directives, and company Health and Safety Procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Multi-skilled Engineer, preferably in a retail or luxury environment.Strong knowledge of building maintenance.Excellent relationship-building skills with team members and external companies.A proactive approach to health and safety.Ability to work independently on projects and tasks while ensuring effective communication with departmental management.Benefits:Competitive salary and clothing allowance.Up to 40% off
