The opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to join a respected business at a time of continued growth. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you''ll play a key role in producing accurate, timely management accounts and providing insightful analysis that drives strategic decision-making across the organisation.
  
What you''ll be doing

• Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with meaningful commentary
• Supporting the month-end close process and maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations
• Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to deliver financial insight and challenge costs
• Contributing to process improvement and finance transformation initiatives

The successful Management Accountant will:

• Be qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) — QBE candidates with relevant experience also considered
• Have proven experience in a management accounts or similar finance role
• Have strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems
• Have excellent communication skills — able to present financial data clearly to non-finance audiences
• Have a proactive, analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
