Overview

As an experienced HR professional you will be responsible for developing and delivering the people partnering and advisory service, supporting business objectives through effective people management and development practice, and ensuring HR and OD policy and practice is embedded and operationalised. You will lead by example in supporting a positive employee relations climate and will be committed to delivering operational excellence.Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the people partnering and advisory service, supporting business objectives through effective people management and development practice, and embedding HR and OD policy and practice.Lead by example in supporting a positive employee relations climate and deliver operational excellence.Lead on negotiation and consultation activity, with experience working with employee representatives in the public sector.Manage complex employment casework and use HR analytics to support planning and decision-making.Familiarity with job evaluation systems and the UK Higher Education environment.Qualifications

MCIPD and senior management experience in HR within a complex organisation, with a successful track record of working with employee representatives in the public sector, including leading negotiation and consultation activity.Expertise in managing complex employment casework and experience of using HR analytics to support planning and decision-making.Familiarity with job evaluation systems and the UK Higher Education environment.Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team.About Ravensbourne
