Provide high quality social work services to looked after children and care leavers in line with statutory duties and safeguarding requirements.Lead on case management, risk assessment, care planning, and multi-agency collaboration to support vulnerable children and families.Maintain strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies; communicate effectively and with a non-judgemental approach.Ensure compliance with Social Work England registration and HCPC regulatory requirements; manage records and case notes to a high standard.Coordinate and contribute to service improvements, supervision, and professional development within the team.Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in social workCurrent Social Work England registrationSignificant senior level frontline experience within Children''s ServicesPassionate about providing good quality services to vulnerable children and familiesFlexible, highly motivated, effective communicator with strong relationship-building skillsGood IT and organisational skillsEnhanced DBS checkHCPC registration renewal fee paidBenefits
