What You Will DoAs a Consulting Sales Engineer in the Industrial Refrigeration and Heat Pumps domain, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by developing relationships with consultants and end users. You will utilize your strong systems application and product knowledge to actively seek to be the preferred sparring partner for consultants and customers. This position requires a motivated individual who is driven to seek and develop new business and ensure that Johnson Controls products are specified.

Your passion to support customers from project conceptualization with the right solution will be the key to success.

Including preparing and managing proposals to meet customers'' application and operational needsDrive customer engagement, develop relationships, and foster a strong network within the industry.Collaborate and support the sales team to identify opportunities and close sales.Ownership of delivering of our value proposition to stakeholders and decision-makers.What We Look ForBachelor''s degree in business, engineering or equivalent through experience5+ years of experience in Consulting, Technical Sales, Design, or Application within the Industrial Refrigeration and Heat Pump domain.Strong technical subject matter expertise and market trends.Demonstrated commercial attitude to establish partnership with customersDemonstrated ability to influence consultants in their technical projects'' choicesStrong teamwork attitudeExceptional presentation skills with a focus on results.Self-motivated and tenacious with a customer-focused approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Our benefits
