Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher dedicated to supporting children with special educational needs£ Supply Desk is currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher for a full-time, long-term role at a welcoming and inclusive school in High Wycombe. About the Role:

• Strong understanding of effective teaching strategies for students with special educational needs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Patient, calm under pressure, and able to manage challenging situations effectively

• Flexible and open-minded, with the ability to recognise and respond to individual student strengths and areas for development

• Skilled at creating a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment

• Empathetic, compassionate, and sensitive to the needs of all learners

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and educational professionals

The ideal candidate will:

• Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Experienced in supporting children with special educational needs in mainstream or specialist settings

• Brings a compassionate, patient approach alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident in adapting teaching methods to meet a wide range of learning needs

• Proactive, resourceful, and dedicated to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students
