It''s a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, so a positive, can-do attitude goes a long way.Main responsibilities include:Delivering excellent customer service and accurate account administrationHandling inbound customer calls and other communication channelsResolving queries in a timely and professional mannerLiaising with internal teams to achieve the best outcome for the customerRecording all activities accurately on the company CRMHoursCore hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
