You''ll play a vital role in supporting each child''s learning and development, working closely with a supportive team to create a safe, stimulating, and joyful space where children flourish.

Description of the role:

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can play, learn, and thrive.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and your team.
• Supporting children''s learning journeys through exciting activities tailored to their needs.
• Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
• Embracing a flexible, team-player attitude - no two days are the same!

About you:

• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
• A genuine love of working with children and watching them grow.
• Confidence in being a key person, maintaining accurate development records and communicating with families.
• Strong communication, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
• A positive, can-do approach and willingness to go the extra mile for children and colleagues.
