Building Services Technician

My client is currently recruiting for a building services technician for a University in Kingston. You will have a trade qualification either electrical or mechanical, as well as a proven-track record-in commercial maintenance.-

Sector: Commercial Maintenance-

Duties will include all ppm and reactive work, from checking lights, sockets, plant checks, checks on fan coils,-temp-tap test''s, checks and-tmv''s, outside lighting checks and general maintenance duties.-

Hours 7-3.30 Monday to Friday-

Salary 38K, with on call 1 in 8 (300.00) for being on call plus extra if called out. Including 28 day plus 8 BH, 6% matching pension, use of company van when on call.-
