Responsibilities Overall management of the EIA Business Unit:Oversee the operations and implementing the appropriate business strategies.Overall responsibility for the provision of effective Health and Safety in the Unit.Participate in Monthly Planning Board Meeting ensuring key decisions are taken in the best interests of the Unit, Division and Stakeholders of the business.Review and sign off tender pricing.Ensure Unit operates in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, sharing best practices.Team Leadership and Development Oversee the recruitment and development of high calibre employees to support current operations and future growth, while identifying and nurturing talent for career progression in collaboration with HR and leadership.Ensure that appropriate information is communicated with the team whilst promoting a client focussed cu
