Uplands is a Nurse led service for people with mental health and physical health needs located on the outskirts of Fareham. Ideally, you will have experience within a Nursing home setting, where you have worked to deadlines and within set guidelines. Full training will be provided - however, you will need high attention to detail with the ability to follow instruction with little supervision.
