HR Business Partner
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in Tadworth as a HR Business Partner. This role would suit someone with HR experience, specifically managing disciplinary/grievance and complex employee relation matters and casework management. Our client offers hybrid working. Please note you must have UK based experiencePlease note you must be immediately available as this role is temporaryDuties:Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectivesManaging complex employee relations casework, dismissals and employment tribunalsLead and support change management initiatives across the businessAdvising managers on best practice and current UK employment lawMaintain HR database and filing systems ensuring information is up to date and accurateHR Administration duties such as processing payroll and visasExperience:HR Experience - particularly dealing with employee relationsCIPD qualified; or qualified by experienceWorking knowledge of employment law and good practiceData-driven mindset - confident using insights and metrics for strategic decisions and meaningful changeExcellent attention to detail and able to act with discretionMust be willing to commute to Tadworth on a regular basisExperience using HR SystemsMust be able to commit to the 3-6 months temporary role In return my client offers excellent benefits, if this sounds like your kind of role apply now!
