Salary: £85 – £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time | Immediate Start

Are you an enthusiastic and driven Behaviour Support Assistant ready to make a lasting impact? GSL Education is seeking a confident individual to join a secondary SEN provision in Islington, working closely with students with SEMH and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

• Encourage positive choices and emotional regulation.

• Implement individual behaviour plans.

• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with challenging behaviour or in an alternative provision setting.

• Calm under pressure and adaptable.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Team Teach trained (or willingness to be trained).
