Senior Head of Operations - Life andamp; Pensions or Financial Services preferably Our client, a large, renowned and specialist Business Process Outsourcing provider, is currently looking to hire a Senior Head of Operations to work across and deliver into one of their largest and fastest growing Life and Pension customers. As the Senior Head of Operations you will be responsible for managing c. 800 onshore FTE''s as well as offshore resources, via 4 direct reports, across multiple UK sites. The role will partner closely with the MD of the Account and manage both BAU operational delivery into the end customer as well as various transformational initiatives in parallel. You will have the following key skills/experience: -Significant experience in a Head of Operations position, ideally within the Life and Pensions industry or the wider Financial Services sector. However the client would also be excited by Telecommunications and Utilities backgrounds, where the candidate is interested in a move into FS and bringing with them experience of operating at a more senior level and scale, but within a heavily regulated environment. -Any experience of working as a Head of Operations/Head of Customer/Head of Service within a large BPO or Outsourced solutions provider, or facing off to multiple clients within a Life andamp; Pensions/Financial Services Organisation will be highly sought after. -Experience leading large Operational functions of a similar scale comprised of onshore and offsho
