Independent Craft Beer Pub (Sheffield)Salary: Starting at £30,000 + up to £6,000 performance bonus (negotiable for the right candidate)Hours: 40 hours per week (paid for every one of them)Were an independent award-winning craft beer pub with a big personality and a loyal following. We pour 6 cask ales, 12 rotating craft lines, 6 house lines, continental lagers, and a carefully curated wine and spirits list. Our tapas-style food offer currently makes up 20% of sales

but wed love to see where the right manager could take it.Were looking for someone who doesnt just want a job but wants to run a venue like its their own (without the risk of ownership). Think of it as being a business partner without the equity : the freedom to lead, but with support when you need it.Please note: we are looking to recruit for an early 2026 start, following the Christmas rush . £30k salary plus up to £6k bonus for hitting sensible targets (GP, staff costs, growth)

Flexibility

Full training in cellar management if needed (6 cask, 12 craft, 6 house lines)

What we need from you:

Solid pub/bar management experience (craft/food-led is ideal)

The ability to run rotas, recruitment, stock, ordering, kitchen and FOH without being spoon-fed

A natural leader whos just as happy on the floor with a tray as behind the laptop with the numbers

Commercially sharp

you understand GP and staff costs and know how to keep them in check

A genuine passion for beer, hospitality, and customer experience
