The role:
As a Therapeutic Support Assistant, you''ll work closely with students to deliver tailored emotional and educational support, helping them access learning in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. You''ll play a key role in implementing individual care and intervention plans that support both wellbeing and academic progress.

We''re looking for:

• Psychology graduates or similar backgrounds (desirable)
• A calm, positive and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An understanding of safeguarding (or willingness to learn)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
