TITLE Account Manager INTRODUCTION Our client is a long-established mid- to high-end brand leader in interior building products and finishes. With a consistent focus on product quality and efficient service they have built fantastic partnerships across trade and retail channels. Due to an internal promotion, they now require a dynamic Account Manager to join their sales team. LOCATION Midlands and North (remote / field sales role) Ideal home locations would be Manchester, Merseyside, Liverpool, Chester, Warrington, Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds, Bradford, York, Doncaster, Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, Lincoln, Stoke, Crewe or close. THE JOB ROLE The Account Manager role is a key part of our client s field sales team and works to develop sales and growth across trade merchant customers. Developing an existing account base of national merchants, builders merchants and independent merchants worth c£1.5m. Ensuring that strong relationships are created at all levels in accounts. Building on years of recent success in developing both revenue and profit across the region. Identifying opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell growth, especially for new ranges launched and accessories. Being an ambassador for a premium respected brand in the sector. THE PERSON NEEDED For the Account Manager role, our client is open on specific product experience, but does need: Past experience in a B2B field sales role i.e. as an Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, S
