Management and support of staff from all disciplines to build a strong, customer focused and highly effective team ensuring members are fully trained and utilisedMotivate and lead the relevant site teams in line with Company ethos and targetsTo be the prime driver for planning, procuring, managing and controlling all necessary project resourceEnsure quality of sites and developments, in line with customer expectations and changing market demandsRequirements

Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within housebuildingA natural leader, with self-confidence, drive, and an ability and willingness to empower and develop team members at all levelsHigh level of determination and self-discipline to achieve Best in Class build products and customer satisfactionCan very quickly assimilate information to formulate decisionsWhat we offer
