Proven experience in residential sales, with a demonstrable track record of successExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quicklyKnowledge of the London property marketProactive and tenaciousTarget driven and ability to meet and exceed key KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales)A strong understanding of the sales process and current legislationDedicated to exceeding client expectationsHold a valid driving licence (essential)Benefits
