The Role...

We are seeking an experienced

Bartender

to join our team at Babington House (BA11 3RW). Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition.

What we are looking for in a Bartender...1-2 years'' experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)Team player who communicates well with all colleaguesPunctual, reliable and trustworthySense of urgencyYes, yes, yes mentalityAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentHave a genuine passion for food and beverageFlexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Physical Requirements:Must be over the age of 18Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by handAble to work on your feet for at least 8 hoursOccasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Expected working hours for a Bartender:Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens and closesAverage hours 32-45 hours per week
