We are searching for a highly analytical

Business Analyst

with a strong understanding of financial market data (e.g., reference data, counterparty data, instrument data) to serve as a critical bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. You''ll define requirements and ensure the data lake aligns with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather, document, and analyze requirements for the data modernization projectCollaborate with developers to map business needs to technical solutions (ingestion, transformation, reporting)Provide domain expertise in financial data, ensuring strategic datasets are integrated correctlyCreate workflows, use cases, and documentation for all stages of the data project lifecycleValidate output data models and workflows against business expectationsREQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in Business AnalysisStrong domain knowledge of financial data like reference data, counterparty data, and market instrumentsProven experience working on data-centric projects, ideally data modernizationAbility to create clear technical documentation such as user stories and system requirementsStrong collaboration skills with technical teams and non-technical stakeholdersWE OFFER
