What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating and overseeing a variety of production equipment and processes
• Carrying out day-to-day operational tasks (loading, dispatch, labelling, cleaning)
• Supporting with basic maintenance and repairs
• Monitoring production and completing accurate reporting/logs
• Identifying improvements to processes and contributing ideas
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality compliance

• Experience within manufacturing, production, or engineering environments
• A hands-on, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work across multiple tasks and adapt quickly
