Our client is a well established estate agent who have offices throughout the Huddersfield and Barnsley areas. They are currently recruiting for a sales and letting advisor to join them at their office based in Huddersfield

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to hit the ground running within a well - established business, this role would be ideal for someone who has a lot of administration skills and a flair in sales

Job Responsibilities:

- Building strong relationships with both buyers and sellers, and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process

- Manage property listings and provide detailed information about the properties

- Delivering a high standard of customer service

- Accompany viewings

- Maintaining records and ensuring accurate documentation at all times

Job Requirements:

- Past experience within an estate agency or something similar is essential

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong administration skills and competent in the use of IT

• Drive with own transport-

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm
