Business Development Manager Public Sector (Housing and Construction) Location: Hybrid Salary: £50,000 base + OTE £50,000 £75,000 Sector: Housing, Construction, Public Sector Partnerships About the Role We are seeking a driven and commercially aware Business Development Manager to support the growth of a forward-thinking Housing and Construction delivery business. Working within the Public Partnerships function, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and securing opportunities with local authorities, councils, and housing associations, helping to build a strong and sustainable pipeline of public-sector work. This role is focused on opportunity identification, relationship development, and pipeline growth not bid submission.
