A welcoming and high-performing primary school in Barnet is looking to appoint a talented Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher on the M3 scale or above who is passionate about delivering high standards in the classroom and making a lasting impact on pupils'' learning.

The school has a strong leadership team, excellent behaviour throughout the school, and a supportive working environment where staff development is genuinely valued.

A successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will:

* Deliver creative and engaging lessons across Key Stage 1
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Track and assess pupil progress effectively
* Work closely with colleagues and parents to support pupil achievement
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and attainment
* Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

Applicants should:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
* Be enthusiastic, organised and committed to raising standards
* Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
