Customer Care Operative - London

We are seeking a skilled, immediately available Customer Care Operative with expertise in multi trades, to be site based in Crouch End, North London. As a Customer Care Operative, your primary responsibilities will include basic plumbing, electrical, enhancing the aesthetics of various surfaces, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring a high-quality finish in high-end residential units. This is an 18 month contract where you will be employed by deverellsmith - paid weekly. This role is customer facing, therefore must have worked in a similar role before. Strong background in plumbing, electrical, painting, decorating, and mastic application will be essential to the success of this role. Working hours 7:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)Paying 45,000- 47,500 ASAP start Key Responsibilities:Safety Compliance:Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Utilise safety equipment as required, including personal protective equipment (PPE).Quality Control:Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client satisfaction.Make any necessary touch-ups or corrections to achieve a flawless finish.Customer Service:Interact professionally with clients and address their questions or concerns.Provide guidance and recommendations regarding paint colours, finishes, and decorating options.Requirements:Proven experience as an operative for a New Build developer Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and finishes.Proficiency in
