You will play a key role in ensuring product compliance, maintaining high technical standards, and supporting both internal teams and customers.Key Responsibilities-Manage and maintain the customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.-Sign off specifications and artwork, ensuring compliance with both customer and legislative requirements.-Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams including NPD, Technical, and Commercial.-Manage all customer technical requirements and ensure effective communication across departments.-Ensure all product specifications are current, accurate, and compliant with both BRC and customer standards.-Support the QA and Technical teams to ensure continuous compliance and product quality.-Assist in maintaining an audit-ready site and ensure compliance with BRC and retailer standards.Requirements:-Previous experience in a technical role within the food or manufacturing industry is essential.-Strong understanding of BRC standards and retailer requirements.-Excellent communication
