Job Summary The Operations Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of all operational activities within the company. This includes overseeing construction projects, managing teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving operational efficiency. The role requires a strong leader with a hands-on approach and a solid background in construction operations.
