About the role
TimePlan Education are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools in Surbiton. We have a number of full-time opportunities available in welcoming and supportive schools.

These roles are ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting children''s learning and development and are looking for a consistent, long-term position within education.

Key responsibilities

• Support children''s learning and development in the classroom
• Work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support behaviour management and encourage positive behaviour

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting children''s learning and development
• Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practice
• Childcare Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Confident supporting behaviour management strategies
