Description Our local government clients in Camden, London, are seeking a Cleaner - Facilities and Environment. To carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in all communal, internal, and external areas, voids and properties and low-level maintenance tasks as specified in the cleaning schedule, using mechanical equipment where appropriate. Responsibilities To utilise a variety of methods and equipment to ensure all communal areas, including all furniture, fittings, and equipment sited in them, are cleaned thoroughly. To regularly and frequently follow a programme of work to ensure that both internally and externally, the standards of hygiene are kept to a high standard for the safe use of service users: Qualifications Essential GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics. Current COSH certificate Fire safety awareness certificate Basic Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media and Tablet.
