Role: Technical Sales Manager PumpsLocation: FlexibleSalary: Up to 50,000 depending on experienceOur client is looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager with a strong background in the pumps industry, ideally with exposure to Oil and Gas, FMCG, and Water sectors.This is a great opportunity for someone who combines technical understanding with commercial awareness and enjoys building long-term customer relationships while driving business growth. Responsibilities include:Develop and manage relationships with key customers across Oil and Gas, FMCG, and Water marketsIdentify new business opportunities and grow existing accountsProvide technical pump solutions tailored to customer requirementsWork closely with engineering and internal teams to develop proposals and quotationsSupport the full sales cycle from enquiry through to order and deliveryAttend customer sites, conduct meetings, and represent the business at industry eventsMonitor market trends and competitor activity Skills and Experience:Strong knowledge of the pumps industry (essential)Proven technical sales or business development experienceExperience working within at least one of the following sectors: Oil and Gas, FMCG, Water/WastewaterAbility to understand and communicate technical engineering solutionsStrong relationship-building and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales targetsWillingness to travel to customer sites as required WR Engineering are the recruitment part
