Senior Commercial Manager
is to own and manage commercial relationships for suppliers within their portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for all supply chain/commercial matters relating to the portfolio of suppliers/contracts and work closely and pro-actively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This includes working as part of a multi-disciplinary team within a Programme.Some key responsibilities will include:Procuring, negotiating and executing construction contracts for your portfolio, ensuring value for money and promoting cost transparency and stakeholder requirements.Managing all awarded contracts within a portfolio according to contract terms, governance, and project objectives to deliver successful outcomes.Providing an overview of contracts to ensure compatibility and alignment with other projects, and reporting on scope, schedule, prices, key personnel, and incentives.Establishing, managing, tracking, and taking corrective actions to meet schedule milestones, ensure value for money, and fulfill stakeholder and project requirements.About YouWho we''re looking forRelevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management; experience in Nuclear/Civil engineering or Service Contracting sectors is desirable but not essential.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
