Axon Moore are excited to be supporting a well-established business in Accrington to recruit a new Head Of Finance. This role will be reporting in to the Managing Director. This role is paying a competitive salary of up to £70,000.

Candidates must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.

Responsibilities include:Financial Reporting:

Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with senior management to ensure financial targets are met.Financial Strategy:

Contribute to the development of financial strategies to support the growth and operational efficiency of the company.Compliance and Audit:

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements. Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure a smooth process.Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage the group''s cash flow, ensuring funds are available for operations and investments.Team Leadership:

Manage a small team within the finance department, ensuring efficient and effective performance.Internal Controls:
