The Post - Behaviour Teaching Assistant In this Behaviour Teaching Assistant role you will be required to support students with very challenging behaviour and some may have specific learning difficulties. It is your job to manage behaviour within the classroom environment and also to ensure students are engaged and participating in lessons. Ideally due to the challenges that you may face in this role, the school are ideally looking for somebody with experience in a similar setting and somebody that has physical intervention training.
