Our client based in Huntingdon are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing team. This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. The successful candidate will support solicitors in handling a caseload of residential or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. This role requires strong legal knowledge, excellent client care, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities for the Paralegal role include but not limited to: Assisting with the progression of conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion Drafting and preparing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements. Conducting legal research and handling property searches (e.g., Land Registry, local authority). Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently. Ensuring all files comply with regulatory and procedural requirements, including anti-money laundering checks. Managing case files using a case management system and maintaining accurate records. Handling telephone and email queries in a timely and professional manner. Providing general administrative support to the team where needed.
