Production Line Operative Colchester 7:00am 6:00pm, 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern We are looking for a number of reliable and hardworking Line Operatives to join our clients busy food processing factory in Colchester. You will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. Key Duties Operating production line equipment safely and efficiently. Packing, labelling, and palletising food products according to company standards. Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications. Following food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times. Maintaining a clean and organised working environment. Reporting any faults or issues to the supervisor promptly. Working as part of a team to achieve production targets and deadlines. Requirements Previous experience in food processing, production, or manufacturing is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided). Ability to work on your feet for long periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexible, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
