Key Responsibilities of a Maths Teacher Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated maths lessons in line with the national curriculum. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence in mathematics. Use a range of teaching methods and resources to support students of varying abilities. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and a positive learning culture. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives and contribute to the wider school community. Maths Teacher Attributes Provide Education is looking for someone who: Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for mathematics. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it. Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
