Estimating Manager position dealing with the installation and maintenance service contracts for automatic doors, gate automation, barriers, bollards and access controls systemsLead the preparation and coordination of project cost estimatesManage the development and submission of competitive bid proposalsReview project specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure accurate pricingCollaborate closely with internal departments including engineering, procurement, and project managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope detailsAnalyse cost data and market trends to support accurate estimatingPrepare and present detailed cost reports and estimate summariesEnsure timely and complete submission of all estimates and proposalsOverseeing a team of 2 other EstimatorsQualifications

Must have experience as an Estimator within the construction market sectorIdeally will have automatic doors, aluminium screens or façadesManagement / leadership experience is highly advantageousStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate with internal teams and manage supplier relationshipsProficient in using estimation software and tools
