Job Title: Administrator (2 x Roles Available)

Location: Northampton (Office-based, 5 days per week)

Contract Type: Temporary (Until Mid-September)

Start Dates:

• Role 1: Week commencing 21st July 2025
• Role 2: Week commencing 4th August 2025

Overview:

We are currently seeking two experienced Administrators to join a busy team in Northampton on a full-time, office-based basis. These are temporary roles running until mid-September, ideal for candidates who are immediately available and confident in handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
• Updating and maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Handling data entry with high attention to detail
• Supporting with general office duties as required

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Excel and other IT systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, professional, and reliable approach
