£35,000 - £40,000 / yearOur Support Office is the engine that keeps N Family Club running smoothly – from operations and finance to people, marketing, and strategy. We’re a tight-knit, fast-paced, and mission-driven team that works together to create exceptional experiences for families and team across all our nurseries. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or early in your career, you’ll be empowered to grow, contribute ideas, and make an impact every day.Responsibilities

Partner and advice on People related topics, provide sound advice, coaching and/or training to team members at all levelsAct as a point of escalation on People challenges, ensuring legal compliance and our policies are continually being met.Propose and implement solutions to blockers and challenges, which in turn will assist the wider team and managers, and team member experience and success metrics.Lead a small team of People Assistants at different levelsEnsure the delivery of frustration free HR services across the company focusing on and evolving the employee experience.Deliver training to relevant stakeholders and ensure that all new managers are inducted sufficiently into all People processes, policies and practices.Support managers with a range of employee relation cases including fact-finding, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working, sickness, performance and probations etc.Provide appropriate support to managers and team members in relation to employee wellbeing, including Occupational Health referrals, reasonable adjustments and mental health support.Attend monthly regional managers meetings to upskill managers and provide relevant People updates.Manage any issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner, identifying the root cause and solving for the immediate, but also for the future.Produce and analyse People data – e.g., probation, annual leave, contracted hours etc. – for communicating trends and for identifying where processes need creating or updating.Support change management (we are growing fast, so there is a lot to support) across new openings and acquisitions of existing nurseries.Qualifications

Experience as a skilled HR generalist, ideally in a multi-site companyDemonstrable experience dealing with employee relations casesExperience working with HRIS as a ‘superuser’, ideally HiBobKnowledge of pre-employment compliance processes (specifically for Early Years a bonus)Ideally some experience within
