The home is centred around a nineteenth century barn, extended to provide homeliness while offering modern living accommodation. You will join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible levels of care in supporting and assisting residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eatingYou will promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, and promote their physical and emotional wellbeingYou will complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, aiming for 90% or above in Monthly Daily Charts AuditsEnsure you are 100% current with all mandatory training throughout the yearEssential Requirements for Care Assistant
