A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN Nurse - CAMHS or CAMHS Eating Disorders to work in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the South West London area. You will be working for one of UK''s leading health care providersThis is one of the country''s leading mental health treatment centres. They provide fast access to high quality treatment for lots of different conditions, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and eating disorders**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**As a Nurse your key duties include:Adopt a systemic, individual approach to all patient care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to dateEnsure effective communication of any concerns relating to patient careDeputise in the absence of the Ward Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs of the ward as requiredSupport and supervise new or junior staffAssist and support regional management in developing and implementing new servicesManage the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of patient careThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:Evidence of post registration continuing professional developmentA positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and qualityExcellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skillsKnowledge of NMC standards guidelines and professional practicesKnowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of PracticeThe successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £39,176 - £41,596 per annum.
