Warehouse Operative
Our client is a market-leader in their field of manufacturing with a state-of-the-art facility in Chertsey and they are looking for a hard-working and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their team.-

Duties includes:

• Receive, record, and sample all incoming materials, ensuring they are properly quarantined and stored. Once approved by Quality Control, transfer materials to the main warehouse.
• Prepare blends accurately according to specified formulations and processes.
• Maintain strict safety standards at all times.
• Repack and decant raw materials based on the production picking list provided, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness.
• Fulfil customer sample requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare outbound orders for shipment, including palletizing, shrink wrapping, and strapping as needed.
• Complete all required paperwork to support accurate invoice creation and book shipping agents for both sample and full-order dispatch.
• Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with training and company procedures.

Additional requirements -

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment-
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict processes and procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Forklift or pallet truck experience
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production environment.
